You'll never guess with whom I ate Shabbat dinner
No, I didn't kill him. No, he did not kill me. There was no profuse outpouring of virulent hatred of Conservative siddurim or machzorim on my part.
I asked him about the process of creating a siddur and he told me a bit about it. I then explained a bit about what I had in mind for my siddur, and he told me that it sounded like I have good ideas. When dinner ended he told me, "This conversation is to be continued."
I'm calling it a definite win.
